An Lam Saigon River rooms, suites and pool villas: which one to book

Choose by two questions: do you want your own pool, and do you need to see the river? At An Lam Saigon River, five of the eleven room types have a private pool and five face the river; only the two Riverfront villas give you both. Every unit is at least 64 m², and the three two-bedroom types sleep up to five.

Each room type, and who it suits

Suite bedroom with a rattan headboard, timber-clad walls and open doors to a leafy terrace

64 m² · River or garden view · King or twin

Riverside Suite and Garden View Suite

The two entry suites share a size and layout: an open bedroom and sitting area with a large bathtub, in the low-rise buildings. The Riverside Suite looks towards the water and has a granite bathroom; the Garden View Suite faces the planting and, in some units, has its own entrance.

Book it if you want the setting and the service and will spend your days out or by the shared pool.
Skip it if a private pool or a terrace at water level is the reason you are coming.

85 m² · River view · King

Riverside Executive Suite

A larger suite on the river side with private outdoor seating, on an upper floor according to one listing. It gives noticeably more room than the entry suites without the cost of a villa.

Book it if you like to sit outside with a coffee and watch the boats go by.
Skip it if stairs are a problem or you want to step straight into a pool.

Garden Pool Villa

A standalone villa with a private pool lined in dark Thanh Hoa granite and a wide sun deck, surrounded by garden rather than river. It is the most direct way to have a pool of your own.

Book it if privacy and a swim before breakfast matter more to you than a view of the water.
Skip it if you want to see the river from bed.

107 m² · Garden · Private pool · King

Garden Pool Suite

Close in size to the Garden Pool Villa but laid out as a suite in light wood and locally woven rattan, with a long, narrow private pool beside a green wall.

Book it if you want a pool and a slightly larger interior.
Skip it if you would rather stay at ground level — one listing places it upstairs, so ask the hotel.
